Who it’s for

Designed for Couples Who Are Ready to Get This Done

  • Married and common-law couples
  • Parents planning for their children’s care and inheritance
  • Homeowners
  • Couples approaching retirement
  • Busy professionals and families ready for a coordinated lawyer-led process

For Ontario couples. The lawyer confirms suitability after learning about your circumstances; not all couples qualify for the base package.

Who should care for your children?

If both parents die, who would you want to care for your minor children? The lawyer helps you consider suitable people and record your wishes. A Will does not guarantee a permanent appointment: Ontario’s statutory rules and any court decision based on the child’s best interests still apply.

Who should manage their inheritance?

Consider who should manage the money, how it may be used and when children should receive it. A trust may be appropriate, but is not required in every family’s circumstances. Additional trust planning and drafting are outside the $1,500 package; the lawyer discusses options and any additional fees before proceeding.

Advanced planning

Need More Than a Straightforward Plan?

More complex planning is outside the $1,500 + HST base package and is separately scoped and quoted by Jaspreet Daley after consultation. The lawyer explains the options, scope and any additional fees before you decide how to proceed.

Dual or multiple Wills

Additional documents and planning are assessed and quoted by the lawyer.

Additional or advanced trust planning

Trust planning and drafting beyond the base package are separately scoped and quoted.

Customized planning

Corporate or business interests, business succession, complex family structures, significant foreign assets, cross-border considerations and other circumstances requiring additional legal or tax planning.
